A test-drive showed increased power everywhere in the rev range. I was quite happy. The only thing weird was the timing. Initially after adding the pertronix the car would not start. I gave the distributor a twist and got it running. Pretty well, I'm might ad. I check it with a timing light at it showed 32 deg! It must have been off because I road tested it and there was no pinging at all and it had a smooth idle. I was concerned that my balancer have shifted or my timing marks were off.
